I Create visually engaging advertisements, pamphlets, and promotional materials that communicate key messages, strengthen brand identity, and support marketing and outreach goals.
A Year In Review infographic I put together to highlight Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society’s successes in 2019. All vector graphics were drawn by me, including the Fixin’ To Save logo. It was created for use in an email blast, but later printed as a rack card.
Front side of a rack card advertising the “Backyard Buddies” initiative, which aims to find suitable homes for barn cats. The goal was to show prospective adopters that you don’t have to live on a farm or own a barn to adopt one of these cats. I chose to convey this through color choice, opting for a color scheme evocative of a garden or yard.

An invitation card (front and back) for an annual gala and auction. The “Golden Paws” theme was all about Old Hollywood glamour. The clients were particularly adamant about it being tasteful, which I tried to convey through use of an Art Deco style.
A save the date postcard for the aforementioned “Golden Paws” gala. In keeping with the Old Hollywood theme, I created a theater marquee (featuring an actual golden paw).
A save the date postcard for an annual oyster roast event put on by and benefitting Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. I wanted to create a sense of fun by opting for a vintage postcard look.
A sponsor board that was on display at the aforementioned oyster roast. The board continues the styling used on the postcard and various other oyster roast materials.
The client wanted a birthday card image with a dog and cat that was joyful and fun.
A monthly ad intended for both a newspaper and an email blast.
A monthly ad intended for both a newspaper and an email blast. The goal was to convey a sense of community in a time of separation (during the COVID-19 pandemic), and to imply that shelter animals still need a home.

A business card created for volunteers to hand out while walking dogs in the community as part of the “Dogs Day Out” campaign. The design is fun and friendly, and features a logo I created for the campaign. This is the informational side.
A business card created for volunteers to hand out while walking dogs in the community as part of the “Dogs Day Out” campaign. The design is fun and friendly, and features a logo I created for the campaign. Volunteers would fill out these cards and hand them to anyone interested in the dog they were walking.
Kennel card for the “Dogs Day Out” campaign. The kennel card keeps with the styling of the business cards, and is designed so the photo can be swapped with whatever dog photo needed, printed, and then filled out.
A poster designed for a “Family Fun Day” event held at Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. My goal was to create a poster that kids would see and would make them want to attend. I achieved this through a use of bright colors, cute pet graphics (that I created in Illustrator), and friendly fonts.
