Vector illustration created to raise awareness of the “Backyard Buddies” program at Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. This graphic was intended to replace the older Barn Cat graphic I made, as the organization wanted to move away from the misconception that adopters have to own a barn to adopt a “barn cat”. I used this opportunity to try out a flat vector style.
A monogram logo I made for personal use. The bright rainbow colors reflect my personality. (I secretly still love Lisa Frank. Don’t tell anyone!)
A Facebook banner image for a 5K race benefitting Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. I repurposed the dog from the “Dogs Day Out” logo I made, and added a cat. I was inspired by the “Yellow Submarine” art style.
A vector graphic I created for signs denoting “barn cat” kennels. I was instructed to make it large and wide, so it would cover a significant portion of the kennel window to alleviate stress on the cats from visitors.
A Facebook post image created to advertise a “Family Fun Day” event. My goal was to create a poster that kids would see and would make them want to attend. I achieved this through a use of bright colors, cute pet graphics (that I created in Illustrator), and friendly fonts.
